Services
Simbal Studio Photography provides professional photography and videography services including, but not limited to:
- Wedding Photography & Films
- Pre‑Wedding Shoots
- Candid Photography
- Event Photography
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after advance payment as discussed at the time of booking.
- Remaining payments must be cleared as per the agreed schedule, before or on the event date.
- All prices are communicated clearly and are non‑negotiable once finalized.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Any cancellation must be informed in writing.
- Advance payments are non‑refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, Simbal Studio Photography reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure proper permissions for photography at venues.
- Any delays caused by the client (late starts, schedule changes) may affect coverage without liability on our part.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate event details.
Creative Rights & Usage
- Simbal Studio Photography retains full copyright of all images and videos.
- We reserve the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, social media, promotions, and marketing purposes.
- Raw images or unedited footage are not provided unless agreed in writing.
All photographs and videos showcased on our website, social media, or promotional material are used with client consent. If you have any concerns regarding media usage, you may contact us directly.
Delivery Timeline
- Edited photographs and films will be delivered within the timeframe communicated during booking.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated transparently.
